Terms. Net 30 days for accounts with established credit. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

Shipping. Orders are shipped FOB Norcross (Atlanta), Georgia, or factory, at the discretion of Quick-Aid.

Damage/Shortage. We make every effort to properly package all orders. However, if you receive a package that is damaged, immediately notify the delivery company (UPS, FedEx, Freightliner, etc.). Or, you may refuse any package that is obviously damaged and it will be returned to Quick-Aid. Any merchandise discrepancies should be reported to Quick-Aid when you receive your order.

Returns. We make it easy for you! Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-832-2558 and request a product replacement, refund or credit. Custom orders are not returnable.

Limited Warranty. Quick-Aid makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, arising out of, or in connection with the sale, manufacture, delivery, or use of any product we sell. In no event shall Quick-Aid be liable for any claim with sale, manufacture, delivery or use of any product we sell.
